We will be separating all the schools supplies Wednesday morning starting at 9 AM until ? afternoon depending on how many can help. We have to start packing them next week. because of the space we have to do it in 2 or 3 nights. they are Monday August 15 and Wednesday August 17 we will start at 3 pm until? . We have 1600 plus to do. last year we did all 1800 in one night. We do not have the space to store that many. If the Units can send someone who can help pack and take with them their packs it would be great.

I would like to thank all those who helped move all the supplies from the hanger it was an awesome sight to see so many suvs, trucks, and trailers. We had all the stuff moved in less than 2 hours. We had an additional crew organizing the area. It must have been over 25 if we can do the same to sort and pack it would be great. Thank you all again you know who you are, awesome.

Thank You
